Are there any imperfections in your handmade items?
Because
each item is created by hand, there may be slight variations or natural
imperfections in texture, color, or shape. These subtle differences are
what make handmade products special and unique—no two items are exactly
alike.
These variations are not flaws but rather the beauty of handmade
items—each item has its own story. Rest assured, we strive to deliver
products that are beautiful, functional, and durable, and we make every
effort to ensure that any imperfections are minimal and do not affect
the overall quality of the piece.
How should I care for my earrings?
It is recommended that you avoid getting our earrings into contact with
water, and to avoid harsh chemicals like cleaning sprays, perfume, oils,
sunscreen or makeup removers, ect. As these can damage the surface or
cause discoloration. To clean, wipe over with a microfiber cloth.
Can I make changes to my custom order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, since all items are handmade, changes cannot be made once the order is
placed. Please confirm all details before finalizing your order and
triple-check spelling.
What happens after my order is shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, it’s officially out of our hands and in
the care of the shipping carrier. We make every effort to ensure that
your package leaves our workshop safely and promptly. However, any
delays, issues, or changes to delivery timelines are beyond our control
after it's with the carrier.
If you experience a delay or your package seems lost, please contact the
carrier directly with your tracking information. They will be able to
investigate the issue. We recommend waiting until the estimated delivery
window has passed before reaching out to them, as some delays can be
expected due to high demand or other circumstances.
